Are there any gas stations between Las Cruse and White Sands National Monument? TIA

No gas once you go past Mesa Grande Dr and you should use the Murphy's at the Rinconada exit if you want Diesel. If you can get access to White Sands Missile Range with a DOD ID card there is gas available there but it is a ways off of US 70. From San Augustine Pass east of Las Cruces to White Sands Monument you are traveling through the Missile Range and from the Monument to Alamagordo you are either passing through the missile range or Holloman AFB.
