I 10 Louisiana
Anybody know how I 10 in Louisiana is? A camper said it was rough. Is it a cement road?

No politics involved. And sure there was damage on I-10 after that storm, which is a once a decade or more event. In fact the last time I recall major damage to I-10 was 30 or more years ago. After all the highway is far from the Gulf in most places. But I'll guess that if you travel I-10 in Florida today there will be no visible damage to the road surface. Unlike LA which never seems to fix their roads.
