Understand NM is not letting people in unless you are a NM resident if you are going that far.
NM is not stopping anyone from entering the state. The signs on the interstates tell visitors (whatever that means) to quarantine for 14 days and masks are required. We went through NM on July 1st and again on the 10th (even stopped for lunch in NM). There was nothing obstructing our travels. We saw the quarantine signs but no cops.
