I 40 From West coast to East coast in Oct?
Snow? Winds? Temperature? Is Leaving the PNW in Oct. too late to use I 40? We know we do not want to take 70. Thanks!

I wouldn't hesitate to make that trip in October. I can't think of any issues at all in October.
