I 5 or CH 99
We are planning on travelling to Sacramento from Bakersfield. Last time we used 99 and it was pretty rough. Is I5 better than 99?

I5 is pretty dull, but the only saving grace in that area is that you are in range of FM 103.3 -- a quirky little station playing "nostalgia music" from the 1950s. It helps to pass the time!
