When can we expect an ice free run South from Washington to SOCAL after winter? Thinking mid-March / early April. We will need some sun by then...... thinking Palm Springs.

Normally if there is a storm event in late March or early April, it normally gets cleard off the road pretty quickly. Different than a series of storms in December or January.
