I 70 vs I 80 kc to cheyenne
We drove I 70 recently thru kansas is really nice road! Going from kc to cheyenne in a few weeks thought we'd try I 80 route just for different scenery, is it a good road, truck traffic?

Just drove I80 from Cheyenne to Lincoln yesterday as we were returning from Glacier Nat. Park. Nebraska is investing considerable $ right now upgrading the roadway and so you have several work zones (Check Google Maps) along the way in western Nebraska. Not too bad going through those zones but, that is something for your consideration. On the truck traffic, again that is something that is a personal decision-I drive big rigs so do not mind driving our RV among the trucks. I found I80 to be a nice drive and made good time even though there were several work zones.
