I'll second (or third, fourth, or fifth it too) KY Horse Park Campground. We've stayed there several times while visiting the Lexington area. Clean and well taken care of.
Last fall we were hoping to stay at the horse park campground, but due to a big horse event at the park next door, all sites were booked. Instead, we found another campground nearby, and also not far from I-75 called Whispering Hills RV Park north of Georgetown. It offered full hookups too. It's about $32/night and a Good Sam discount if you're a member. The only issue was that it wasn't the easiest place to find. You have to get off at exit #129, go a short distance west to US25 and go north a few miles to County Road 620 and right about a half mile to the campground.
