Actually - I-90 DOES cross I-20 just west of the Pennsylvania state line.
Actually Interstate 20 runs 1,535 miles from Kent Texas to Florence South Carolina. No where near Pennsylvania. I stand by my original statement..You need a new map! Or maybe a lesson in United Sates geography.
