I-95 travel thru NC/SC

Check with the NCDOT for road conditions. They have I95 posted as closed near Fayetteville on the website.

leaving next week for so. jersey and was wondering if we should go 95 or the long way on 75/81

I was planning on going to Richmond next week. Looks like the worst of the storm missed them but the roads from Florida to Va might be a different story; clogged with people going back home even if the road itself is OK (thinking I-95).

It would be REALLY nice if the national media would actually give out some useful information......rather than just showing pictures of flooded houses and blown down trees for days on end.

As of right now, I-20 is closed near Bishopville between where you get off I-95 in Florence, SC, and Columbia, SC. I-95 appears to be OK. I wouldn't be headed that way, myself, though.
