The US has not gotten the idea of how to build roundabouts yet. Most are way too small & most drivers don't have any clue of how to use them.
In England they know how to build them & drivers know how to use them.
Generally they are much larger multiple lane affairs. Drivers actually use signal lights to let others know their intentions. The signage is much better too
