I have to drive the motorhome to Washington DC

I'm terrified. I've driven in multiple big cities, but hear Washington DC is really really bad. We are staying at Cherry Hill Park and are coming in from the south. What is the best time and route ...

on sunday there is no reason to not just go thru on I-95. I do that 99% of the time any day, even shortly after rush hour. But yes, I-95 anyplace can get backed up, but south of fredericksburg it usually is not bad.
