i35 thru Oklahoma city and wichita
How is this route pulling a 34 " 5th wheel thru OKC and Wichita heading North from DFW? Traffic, hills, etc.?

I-35 going north thru OK. is nice. If you are going north of Wichita. Pick up 81 just inside Kansas it runs just to the west of I-35 you can see I-35 as you drive along. Avoid the toll on I-35. 81 will run into 135 which is a nice divided road. If you are going north and east of Wichita there are several nice roads thru Kansas without going on I-35 and paying the toll.
