Check out the Mountain Directory East, it covers most of the route. I-64 has a lot less traffic than I-70 or the turnpike. In the Fall when the leaves are changing it is a very scenic drive.
TT...is the stretch of your route that runs through western Maryland, WV and Kentucky fairly hilly?
