I81 north of Harrisburgh to Scranton very rough

Welcome to the Keystone State.

When traveling in Pennsylvania, assume there will be road construction/repairs. You're usually not disappointed.

I-81 in that area has been in poor condition for a long time.
It's the nature of the beast.
