I81 north of Harrisburgh to Scranton very rough

Drove up 81 to 84 this week and 81 is extremely rough. Much of it is in bad need of resurfacing. Sorry I didn't take I78 like I usually do. Also lots of closed shoulders with concrete barriers and ver...

Bill, should have gone 81 to 78 to 33 to 209.....like you do many other times....came back from Pa Dutch country yesterday...nice ride..Chuck
