Is Pilot fueling set up fot regular gas in truck lanes...
Or do we need to stay in the "auto only" to gas up?

I fill up exclusively at truck stops and have never seen gas in the truck lanes. The RV lanes usually have both.
The Pilot at Biggs Junction only had diesel in the truck lanes when I was there last spring.
