hmmm...what an important point that as not been mentioned in the past. If you are not opposed to frozen organic, load up in Whitehorse. You can carry most raw veggies without refrigeration..put them in your under RV storage. You could supplement your cold storage with a couple coolers. Put one in the bathtub and one under the dinette? If you are a meat eater..that's what to freeze.
