Eating organic fruits and vegetables (and organic meat when available) is a conscious decision I made last year for myself after my cancer diagnosis. It was made after reading various books and literature on organic versus non-organic foods with the help of a naturopath. Yes...I also take naturopathic supplements along with traditional medication and bladder surgery (3 so far). I also started exercising 5 days a week at the local health club in attempt to build my strength (and yes, I have a trainer twice a week). I guess some people will try most anything to stay alive. I don't know if all these efforts will do any good but I feel better than I did last year and I think that's all that counts. Thankfully, I've reached 70 years of age and hope to live for several more years. So thanks for all the input, but I think I will stick to organics, exercise, medication/supplements and prayer since it seems to be working so far.
