Is this even possible? December in New England?

There are some campgrounds open... "hookups", though, in the winter usually mean only electric.

I don't know how the arrangements work - water, dumping, etc. I think a lot of winter campers at campgrounds use the "office" facilities for bathroom and shower.

You will definitely be one of the very few campers driving around during the winter!
