Jackson to Biloxi or Mobile
In trying to avoid I-10 through Louisiana it looks like I-20 is a good alternative. Then I need to get from Jackson, MS, down to Mobile, AL, towing a 39' 5er. What do you think of 49 through Hatties...

Take U S 49 south from Jackson MS.....bumpy for the
first few miles, then OK, 4 lane......coming into Hattiesburg MS,
take I 59 to your right.......this bypasses Hattiesburg on the
west side.......you will come to an exit for U S 98, right
side curving left over I 59 to the east, leading to Mobile.......
take that route............it's 4 lane except when you come
into Mobile..............to go south on I 65 to get to
Mobile downtown, or to the tunnel, get into the LEFT LEFT
lane on U S 98 which will allow you onto I 65 going south...........then
a few miles, get into LEFT lanes to get onto I 10 east into
Mobile downtown or to the tunnel..........P M me for more......
