You will see many lakes like the above along the Parkway, absolutely gorgeous.
To affirm what has been mentioned, don't buy gas at Saskatchewan River Crossing. I did a few years ago and paid almost twice the going price per liter. Also don't buy anything in the store unless you want to pay 2-3 times the average price.
