I don't believe I have seen whether you are driving or flying? If you have the chance, late September through the middle of October is an excellent time to visit Waterton Lakes. If the guys like big racks, dusk is a great time to visit the Blakistan fan and see the elk rutting. We have been here for two weeks, leaving this morning, and have noticed that with the exception of this last weekend, most lodges have vacancies each night.
