Their Jeep isn't particularly flashy. Yes, it's blue. However, the majority of the tows here in Zihua, are newer SUV's. They were just at the wrong place at the wrong time, unfortunately.
Personally, I'd recommend the "high" road to and from this area rather than run Hwy 200 at this time. That's what we are going to use. Common sense, right?
Right now here in Zihua, the rumor mill is churning out information like crazy. Stories of at least 3 more major incidents at the same place, with AK 47's, shot up gas tanks, white trucks, are being talked about, yet no one actually has any facts, or has spoken to anyone first hand. What a shame stories are being created.
