Been there and done that. Part of the adventure of seeing isolated places. To each his own. We all have our comfort zone. Well said.
I live in the highest per capita violent crime city in Canada. I know where to avoid, but a stranger might not. That said, there is no place I would not feel safe driving inside my car, or RV. Walking down the street is a whole other ball game.
Since October 2013 I've become a urbandocker.
