KM21 Nogales Hour of Operation?

Question

Sorry - I am sure this has been covered 1,000 times or more, but I can't find a definitive answer.
We are planning on crossing at the Nogales - Mariposa crossing on Saturday morning. I understand that this is open at 06:00 7 days a week.
What are the hours of operation of the imigracion office and Banjercito at km21 so we can get out tourist cards and vehicle TIP?

Why don't you get the TIP on line and the tourist cards will be only a few minutes!

Robatthelake - we would have done that if we had known when we would be crossing. We have been on the road and really didn't know when we would be crossing. So our options really are only to get the TIP at the border. Or wait a couple of weeks for mail forwarding I guess.
Do you know the hours of operation of KM21?

They open around the same time as the border. it takes about 15 minutes to get there from the actual border. The process time will be anywhere from 5 minutes to 2 hours!

That said they may be on one of those 8 AM to 10 PM schedules that are so popular in Mexico.
