Knoxville To Branson

Anyone have any input on the route 40 then 24/60 Between Knoxville and Branson? We have traveled 24/60 years ago and I was thinking there were some issues around Paducah trying to get through there. ...

Thanks Grey Mountain and bartlett, I'm thinking Knoxville to Memphis I-40, then 63 to Jonesboro and then 412 through Walnut ridge and on over to 65 at Harrison...Hilly is not so bad, hairpin is another issue.

Any input on this route is appreciated!
