LA I-15 south from the 210
What's the road conditions on I-15 south from the 210 thru Temecula to San Diego? I'll be going thru mid day to early afternoon on weekday. Is the 5 an option?

Is the 5 really that bad for a 30' MH to travel on from north to south mid day? Is it because of stop and go traffic? Or is just not suited for RV travel? Just looking at maps it sure would save some miles. If it's just because of heavy traffic, that doesn't bother me as much as the rough truck lanes on the 210.
