As profdant said the trains are the real problem.
Be aware that the railway runs close to all the campgrounds between Banff and Lake Louise.
Castle Mountain is probably the quietest. Further north beyond Lake Louise the railway bears off to the west, so all will be quiet further north towards Jasper. No real driving problems although the paved road surface is not too good since it is effected by the freezing mountain conditions in the winter
