Can I take the Jersey City / Columbus Drive exit off Rt.78 and follow Columbus Drive to Marin. We are pulling a Fifth Wheel. It looks like the most direct route?

When we when to Liberty Harbor our GPS took us from I-78 exit to Grand Avenue to Marin, but Columbus Drive ought to work also.
