Can I take the Jersey City / Columbus Drive exit off Rt.78 and follow Columbus Drive to Marin. We are pulling a Fifth Wheel. It looks like the most direct route?

Would this be like driving in downtown manhatten? Just wondering if its hectic traffic ,or is it easily drivable? Thinking of attempting it if its not a big problem,thanks. Then I guess its walkable to subways?
