I was speaking with a relative in upstate NY about this the other day.
Take the number of cases and divide it by the population of each country, that gives you the number of cases as a percentage of the population.
As of Sunday evening June 28th;
USA - 0.00789 %
Canada - 0.00274 %
So then Canada has 34.728 % the number of cases per capita that the US has.
That sounds pretty successful to me and the numbers are not getting any better as the days pass.
