I don’t know where you’re getting your numbers from, but once again you’re wildly wrong there neighbour.
The US has had about 130k deaths from COVID-19 out of a population of 328.8 million people, so that’s 0.00039598 %
Canada has had 8,642 deaths from COVID-19 out of a population of 37.59 million people, so that’s 0.0002299 %.
That means the death rate, per capita, is 58 % higher in the US than it is in Canada, not 200 % higher in Canada as you stated.
That puts your numbers in error by about a factor of 400 %.
