Unless you are on the causeways. I usually drive 60 and have been over all of Louisiana many times without issue. Never seen an RV pulled over and many travel 70. 18 Wheeler generally run 75 and they don't get pulled over. I don't believe you fit in the " Utility Trailer" category. I would follow posted car speed limits on any elevated roads. They seem to enforce those because of the huge traffic jams wrecks cause.
If you travel I 12 between Mississippi and Baton Rouge that highway is always heavily driven and wrecks are not uncommon although 75 MPH seems to be the minimum speed. Baton Rouge police heavily patrol the interstate around Baton Rouge and, if caught speeding, give you a ticket.
