Try any of the above in Illinois and my bet is you won't get very far! :B
There are long stretches of north/south roads with 'specific' posted speed signs posted for 55 mph limits for campers, trailers. And that includes the semi's.
My guess is that the simple answer is to DO the speed limit posted on the roads you are on! :W
