Macdonald pass, Montana
Planning a trip to Glacier and plan is to return by going south to Missoula and pick up hwy 12 east. I am wondering what difficulty I might have with Macdonald pass.

- Agreed... Just drove it a week and a half ago. Maybe 4 1/2 miles both ways.
Nice drive. - I drive that road a lot. It's two lanes each way,(but no median.) Curves are gradual and not terribly steep. Should not give you a problem. Have a good trip.
- When are you planning to go? Highway 12 is a beautiful drive when the weather is good.
- Shouldn't have a problem. There's a good view at the top.
- Looks fine to me.
