Maine to Nova Scotia
Is there a ferry going to and from Maine to Nova Scotia capabile of carrying a 35" 5er and TV? How much did it cost? If there is no ferry or to expensive what route did you take to get to Halifax NS?...

Sorry to hijack an old thread, but I have questions about the ferry from Campobello to Deer Island and then to New Brunswick main land.
I have researched the ferry websites and watched multiple YouTube videos of the ferries.
First, is there any risk to boarding or unboarding the ferry with a 30 foot motorhome based on the tide? Low tide looks a bit challenging.
If it is breezy, how much salt spray or heavy water would I expect getting on the vehicles?
I expect to have perfect weather, of course, but just in case, I would attempt to take the ferries early in the day before wind would develop. Tide could work against me however.
