How does "all electronic tolling" work for people like me who don't use EZ-Pass? Will they take a picture of my license plate and send me a bill in the mail? Are people without EZ-Pass no longer allowed to use the Mass Pike?
Every toll road I've been on in the past couple years with electronic tolling puts the onus on the vehicle owner to pay within 7-14 days or risk getting a toll evasion violation.
