Jesus was whatsapped about the route being open and I guess she has left (talk about a frantic rush).
That leaves only the question of possible detours and bypasses for other folks.

Now that Las Penas has been bypassed knowing if Mex 200 north is open is not as easy to see. The kids are due to shop in La Mira on Sunday and I'll nag them to report seeing flatbed loads of varilla (rebar) and passenger buses whom would be bound to Manzanillo.
