Look carefully at your Medicare Supplement. Mine is a Premera F plan, also a "Blue" plan, and it will reimburse me for expenses in Canada up to a certain amount, which I can't tell you right at this moment. It depends on your specific supplement plan. Original Medicare, with a few exceptions, will not reimburse for care in Canada.
Otherwise there are travel insurance outfits which will provide the service if you think you need it. I prefer a medical evacuation policy, which will bring me home should the need for inpatient care arise.
