Medical Insurance for RVer while in Mexico

I'll follow this thread with great interest since this is one of the things we're wrestling with per future plans. Of some concern to us is that at least according to what we've learned so far, out-of-country Medigap coverage is limited to "emergency events", and that there's a lifetime limit of $50,000.00. link
Seems like that could get eaten up pretty fast, even in Mexico!
