That's Bologna. You can call the person out on his rating just like on Ebay. Millions of satisfied customers on Mercado Libre. A company that large can't have bad sellers. A seller can't risk having a bad rating.
I am also a frequent user of Craigs in Mexico and the U.S. and it has served us very very well for home maintenance and other products as well.
I sometimes doubt what country you really live in.
