Iguana07, since I began collecting data in 2007 from owners of late model diesel powered vehicles in Mexico I have never come across a single stranded owner of a Cummins powered motorhome due to the sulfur in Mexican fuel. The load on the engine due to having to power the entire weight of the motorhome 100% of the time ensures that exhaust temperatures stay high enough to prevent sulfur compounds from depositing in the DPF/SCR.
Your 2009 Allegro Bus will not have an SCR, so NOX monitoring is not an issue, and I'm certain that you won't experience any problems related to the amount of sulfur in Mexican diesel fuel.
