You should really research the facts on that one. The guy was guilty as sin. His Mommy tried to get him off by lying her brains out. Facts were all recorded on video. He parked his pickup on the US side and walked over in the morning - checked into a hotel (hotel receipt etc. all recorded online) - visited with his girl friend - went back over and got his pickup from the parking lot and started to drive across - had three fully loaded weapons within easy reach of the driver - when stopped by the red light he jumped and ran and climbed a roof an tried to get back to US - all on video - then tries to claim PTSD - his passport showed he is a regular crosser to visit his girlfriend - lots of records - lots of proof - check the facts - don't listen to his Mommy. The squawking from Mommy got him out but he should have stayed in prison. He was and is a criminal. Get over it.
