Not sure what point you are trying to make. Are you saying the Mexican system is superior since they wouldn't grant the same rights to someone there without a Visa like they do in the USA? I love to visit Mexico, but I personally prefer our legal system to theirs. Sounds like you disagree unless I am missing something.
