Mexwanderer in accident
Apparently Mex was involved in an accident in San Diego,ca. This was posted in the tech issue forum. He is probably frail so this might be serious. Moisheh

In Mexico every one gets arrested, the innocent the guilty and the witness, Napoleonic law, YOU are guilty until YOU prove YOU are innocent, as stated unless you have insurance and can have either an adjuster or a lawyer at the scene of the incident, they will not let you go, unless you have insurance.
And no one wants to be a whiteness, that is why no one ever sees anything at all
