A friend and I both put 200 pesos on our Telcel phones in the OXXO in Santa Ana when we came down at the end of October. We both got a text message from Telcel saying that our phones were charged in spanish BUT NEITHER ONE WORKED. We went to the big Telcel office in Guaymas the next day and spent about an hour while they did something to both phones and they have both worked fine since. I also put 500 pesos on my Banda Atcha in Santa Ana and it worked fine.
