The State of Alaska's Official State Map is free and includes all the Alaska and Yukon highways as well as a good section of BC and NWT. You might be able to get them sent to you by contacting some one listed on their Web Site:

Unfortunately the link they show for getting maps is broken. The maps do have a lot of other very useful information that could be a great aid in trip planning.
BTW, this summer I did the Dempster, Dalton and Top of the World highways but I did them all in the Jeep Wrangler that I dragged behind my RV for my summer stay in Alaska.
