We had an interesting discussion about our neighbor who has permanent residency in Mexico and is Canadian.
He is going to get his Mexican citizenship as soon as things open up again (us too). IF he already had it, it still wouldn't open up the Canadian border to him going south because he would have to get a visa to visit the US!!!
