We ordered Canadian money before we left. You will need coins for the laundromats, if you use them. Some use loonies, some toonies, some the quarters. We were advised to take some cash for campgrounds and fuel in the event systems go down and they can't take cards. We didn't have any trouble like that but it can happen. We used credit cards primarily.
